2024 was an exciting year and marked my first full-year collaborating with Mentor Creative Group. Top 3 projects and technologies:

PROJECT BRIEF

This client had a lot going on. Historically they were a US Tier 1 provider for SMS messaging, putting them in a unique position to provide services that other companies (e.g., Twilio) depend on to run their business.

In their nearly 3 decades of operation they expanded internationally, added Voice, WhatsApp, Video and other offerings for B2B communication using their secure API.

The pricing in all of these different businesses and regions (including numerous mergers and acquisutions) had become cumbersome.

I lead a team that:

  • Consolidated multiple Salesforce Orgs to a single org.
  • Worked with stakeholders to determine which product offerings were still viable.
  • Implemented Salesforce CPQ based on historical manager-managed spreadsheets

  • BUSINESS: Game Publishing, Distribution and Sales

PROJECT BRIEF

Our client needed to build a new sales and distribution app on iOS. For this project we:

  • Desgined a complete iOS app design, logo, purchasing flow and game management system.
  • Wrote and architected the system for game authentication.
  • Created a business case and strategy for the continuation of the project.

PROJECT BRIEF

Healthcare contracts are complex and based on expected spend, incentives for good care and overall shared P&L between entities.

I converted a clients existing spreadsheet model for a single contract into a code-based model that could be run 10s to millions of time in paralell to allow for:

  1. Visusalization of portfolio performance
  2. Predictive analytics for contract negotiations
  3. Predictive analytics for care interventions
  4. Scenario modeling

This approach is applicable to any model that clients may have.
